Step 1: Purchase & Send Your Photos

House, Venue, or Pet Portraits:

Simply place your order and email me 1–3 clear photos of your home, special venue, or beloved pet at hello@rebeccaeddison.com. Let me know if there are any specific colours, details, or features you’d love me to highlight. And if you feel like sharing—tell me your favourite thing about it. It helps me capture the heart of what makes it special.

Illustrated Maps:

Just place your order, and I’ll send you a snazzy form to fill out, to gather all your bright ideas and photos.

Step 2: I Sketch, You Approve

Within 5 working days, I’ll send you a preview sketch via email. This is your chance to check:

✔ Any text or details are correct

✔ The illustration layout is just as you’d like

(Since watercolour is a fickle beast, I can’t make large changes once I start painting—so be sure to let me know any tweaks now)

Once you give me the thumbs up, your job is officially done.

Sit back, pour wine, and pat yourself on the back for being the most fabulous gift-giver.

Step 3: I Get Painting | my happy place

I bring your piece to life with delicate brushwork and layered colour.

Step 4: Shipping - Time to linger excitedly by your letterbox

I’ll send you:

A high-quality .PDF and .JPEG file for you to print as you like (just please don’t sell the design!)

Your original artwork in the post —HOORAY!

I am very careful to protect your peice during shipping. All standard shipping is free and a tracking number will be provided once it has been sent.

All unframed paper or unstretched canvas originals come signed, wrapped in tissue paper, with a certificate of authenticity.

A5, A4 & A3 Sent to you in unbendable reinforced pouch with a compostable waterproof mailer.

A2 and larger unframed print comes rolled in mail tube

All Framed or unframed Stretched canvas or boards come signed, wrapped in tissue paper, with a certificate of authenticity. All paintings are protected with corners and eco bubble wrap or reused bubble wrap. It will be carefully packaged in a box, marked fragile so they arrive in pristine condition ready for you to hang.
