Returns & Refund Policy
Every artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your artwork does arrive with any damage, please reach out with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or repair.
I am a small business and as all prints and products are made to order and, in most cases, cannot be resold, all sales are final and non-refundable 7 days after delivery.
All purchases of original artworks and commissions are non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me straight away.
As a standard policy we only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty.
Please ensure you have proofread your invitation proofs of any errors. If I spot them in the file you send me I will contact you to double check the spelling you would like, I don't not offer any spelling or grammatical proofing. This must be done by you. Once you approve to print no changes can be made, please make sure you have spotted and notified me of any mistakes before printing approval.
If your wedding stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Rebecca Eddison we will be happy to correct or replace your stationery with the same, or, if it is not possible to resupply your stationery with the same, we will offer an alternative or similar replacement. Rebecca Eddison will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety. Please note that this does not apply to commissioned artworks. No refund on commissioned artwork where the work has already been started or completed.
