6 Breezy Steps for Custom Wedding Stationery:
Custom Wedding Suite (information for invitations and on the day stationery) Invitations Timeline = 4–6 weeks. On the Day timeline = 3-4 weeks
1. Purchase a custom package at and I’ll send over a snazzy little form for you to fill out with your wedding details, colour palette, styling ideas—whatever you've got brewing!
2. Next, we’ll have a grand ol’ time over email or Zoom, chatting through everything—from how you met and what you love, to colour schemes, budget and all the dreamy details. I love talking weddings, so don’t worry if you are low on ideas—we’ll nut it out together.
(I am happy to work closely with your wedding planners and stylists to ensure stress-free, cohesive wedding design from start to finish.)
And just like that, your job is (mostly) done. Go celebrate with liquid of your choice.
3. After our chat, I’ll sketch up a draft and mock up envelope colours. Just a heads-up: because watercolour is a delicate beast, big changes after painting begins are a bit of a no-no. So if you’ve got tweaks, this is the time to speak up. I’ll also send through an invoice with the printing and production costs of your dreamy selections. Once you’re happy with the design, I’ll get painting. This is my favourite part—and it can take up to 14 working days, as hand-painting is a proper labour of love.
If you are handling the printing I send through the high res files for you to organise with your printer.
Or if you have gone the easy route:
4. A final proof with a mock-up of all your lovely finishes will be sent for your approval. Even though I’ll be triple-checking everything like a hawk, it’s always wise to rope in a friend or family member to have a read too. We include two rounds of wording edits and design tweaks in the package—extra changes are $20 per round (though honestly, most couples don’t need more than two).
Once I receive your final approval and payment, we’re off to production. It usually takes around 2 weeks, but if you’re adding calligraphy, wax seals or a sprinkle of foil magic, allow an extra 2 weeks.
Postage is FREE (hurrah!) and will be sent via AUSpost with tracking and signature on delivery. I’ll carefully pack your goodies, and you can pop a cork—you're one step closer to the best day of your life!
Note: If I’m designing both ‘Before the Day’ and ‘On the Day’ stationery for you, the printing payment will usually be split into two smaller instalments. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honoured for 14 days after your quote is sent or once your initial payment has been received.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
P.S. I highly recommend ordering 5–10 extra invitations in case of last-minute guest list additions.

FAQ
To ensure the best results, please send clear, high-quality photos with good lighting. Capturing your favorite angle of your venue or house—or your pet's unique personality—will help me paint a true likeness. I work directly from the photo you provide, but the beauty of hand-painted art is that we can add personal touches or leave out details that a photo may not capture
Yes, I send you a digital sketch via email before starting the painting so we can fine-tune the details together. This way, we’re sure the final piece will be just what you envisioned.
Absolutely! One of the perks of custom wedding stationery is that we can include whatever makes your heart sing. Want your ceremony spot with that big old fig tree front and centre? Easy. Fancy a cameo from your dog in a bow tie or that hilariously wonky family holiday shack? Consider it done. Even that vintage Kombi you’re arriving in—if it’s part of your story, I’ll paint it in.
Just place your order, and I’ll send you a snazzy little form to fill out—it’s where all your bright ideas, photos, and inspiration come to life. From there, your job’s easy-peasy: simply reply to emails and approve proofs promptly to keep everything ticking along nicely.
Over the years, I’ve painted more than 183 couple's weddings and haven't had an unhappy camper yet. I’m committed to making sure you’re happy with the final piece. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll work together to get it just as you imagined.

Bec created bespoke stationary for our wedding in December 2020. She is an incredibly talented artist and an absolute pleasure to work with. Bec created our wedding invitations as well as all our stationary for our day - order of service, welcome sign, seating chart, place cards, menu, guest book - nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was amazing!
A guest at our wedding said it best: "Your stationary was beautiful, Bec captured the essence of your wedding day, and you & Chris as a couple... it was the finishing touch that made it all just perfect". If you are looking for one-of-a-kind, hand crafted beautiful stationary - Bec is it.
Rebecca created my wedding invitations, place cards, and seating chart. I loved the end products - so beautiful. I love that they are unique and the design is hand painted. Rebecca is friendly and listens well to what her client wants. I have been back to Rebecca for Christmas cards and birthday invitations since my wedding as I know she will always do a fantastic job.
Very pleased with our wedding invites, and excellent customer service.
Berryandpeg did so many beautiful items for my wedding: my save the date map, invitation suite, signs, and even table numbers. Everyone commented on how gorgeous everything was and how unique! For my wedding invites, she even incorporated my pets in a very elegant way. I communicated with poor Bec often as I would think of new things to ask her to make many times a week! Communication was easy and I trusted her creative eye. I am so extraordinarily happy with what I received from her... I am even framing my invitation suite as it is a piece of art that I will cherish forever.
Bec was wonderful to deal with throughout the process of making these wedding invitations, quick to respond to any questions I had and very patient.
The invitations arrived promptly and well packaged. They are of high quality and exactly like the photos depicted. The handwritten calligraphy is something very special.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bec for your wedding needs.
